Acceptance

By using Forje, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Forje Is

Forje is an SSH client application that connects to remote servers you provide. Forje does not provide hosting, compute, or server infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the servers you connect to and the commands you execute.
• You are responsible for securing your server, SSH credentials, and API keys.
• You must have authorization to access any server you connect to via Forje.
• You are responsible for any costs incurred by third-party services (VPS providers, Cloudflare, AI tool API keys).

Acceptable Use

You may not use Forje to:

• Access systems without authorization
• Distribute malware or conduct attacks
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

Intellectual Property

Forje and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Forje and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No Warranty

Forje is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Forje is not liable for any data loss, server damage, security breaches, or costs resulting from use of the app. Forje is a tool — you control what it does on your servers.

Third-Party Tools

Forje helps install open-source tools on your server. Each tool (code-server, Coolify, Claude Code, etc.) is governed by its own license. Forje does not modify these tools.

Subscriptions

Forje offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Forje at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Forje after changes constitutes acceptance.
